Smashies mince is a mince with a higher fat content (30% instead of the 20% for premium mince). Smashies mince is used as a hamburger patty that gets smashed down flat so its super crispy. Mince has a thousand options, smashed mince has a single purpose - it's like a crunchy beef patty (with no other ingredients added, only pure beef) and the fat holds it together so it stays in once piece in your burger 
(and makes it crunchy too).

Vacuum packed beef comes delivered freshly frozen, packed by hand with insulated wool based blankets and ice packs.
