The Cottage is a bright 1960s bungalow, situated a short walking distance from one of NZs best surfing beaches; Hickory Bay. You'll be staying on a working farm, nestled amongst trees and native bush, with an elevated view of the pastures and coastal cliffs eastward. The remoteness is the beauty of the place.

The Cabin is a quaint, cosy former shearers quarters. Before its renovation, The Cabin was used to accommodate the many shearing gangs that worked at Hickory Bay over the years. Mostly now it's about surfing as much as possible and relaxing in between. Walking into The Cabin you'll feel like you're instantly on holiday, which is kinda what it's all about, right?

Stay at The Airstream at Hickory Bay Farm - a 1959 American 'Airstream' Caravan. Just a short walking distance from one of NZs best surfing beaches; Hickory Bay. You'll be staying on a working farm- in and around a re-purposed woolshed, hunkered in with trees and native bush close by and the hills and paddocks in view.

The Airstream is a quaint, cosy 1959 American made Airstream Caravan. Before its renovation, The Airstream was used as a commercial kitchen producing coffee and gourmet doughnuts. In that vein, it has modern gas hobs and stainless bench tops. It's a great space to actively relax.
