Eye Fillet or Ribeye – 2 × 250g steaks (either cut may be supplied depending on availability)
Sirloin - 500g (2 x 250g steaks)
Rump - 500g (1 x 500g steaks)

Schnitzel - 500g pack
Rolled Roast - 1 x 1kg
Brisket or Short Ribs 1 x 1kg (either cut may be supplied depending on availability) 
Diced (slow cooking) - 6 x 500g packs 
Premium Mince - 6 x 500g packs

Vacuum packed beef comes delivered freshly frozen, packed by hand with insulated wool based blankets and ice packs.
